Backed by experienced professionals in banking, restructuring, and credit. 
Raises capital through private placement in compliance with SEBI regulations. 
Key Responsibilities Drive fundraising across HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, Corporates, and Institutional Investors. 
Expand distribution channels including Wealth Managers, MFDs, IFAs, RIAs, and strategic partners. 
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing investor acquisition team.
