Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Develop and implement investor relations strategies and communication plans. 
Prepare announcement to the market, Authorities and Investors. 
Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, shareholders, analysts, and financial institutions. 
Prepare investor presentations, annual reports, press releases, and financial communication materials. 
Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and stakeholder events. 
Monitor market trends, shareholder activities, and competitor performance. 
Support fundraising initiatives, investment proposals, and due diligence processes. 
Collaborate with finance, legal, and executive teams to ensure accurate and timely disclosure of information. 
Maintain investor databases and communication records.
