About the Role:

We're looking for an Invoice Control Officer to handle invoice preparation and billing processes within our financial system. This role plays an important part in ensuring accurate and timely billing across departments and supporting our global billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare invoices in the financial system

• Ensure correct and clearly arranged billing of services provided by departments

• Carry out the billing process and send out invoices accurately

• Coordinate closely with different departments involved in the billing process

• Assist and advise engagement managers on billing matters

• Support the global billing process through various applications

• Support client-related invoicing and portal requirements
