Position Overview

            Job Description  Material Receipt & Inspection  Receive materials as per Purchase Order (PO) and delivery challan. 
Coordinate with Quality/Inspection team for material inspection. 
Ensure proper GRN (Goods Receipt Note) creation in ERP/system. 
Identify and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies. 
 Storage & Preservation  Ensure proper storage, labeling, binning, and identification of materials. 
Follow FIFO / FEFO practices where applicable. 
Maintain material safety, handling, and preservation standards. 
Ensure compliance with 5S and safety norms in the store area. 
 Material Issue & Dispatch  Issue materials to production as per approved requisitions. 
Ensure correct material, quantity, and documentation during issue. 
Coordinate dispatch of finished goods or inter-plant transfers.
