ABSA offers an internship in Industrial And Organisational Psychology starting February 2027. This 18-month program provides exposure to different Markets Trading and Sales desks across Africa.

Tasks include organisational psychology, employee wellness, and professional assessments. Candidates must be South African citizens with strong academic performance and registered as Student Psychologists.
