- Support onboarding of new machines, equipment, and facilities into the IoT platform.
- Investigate and resolve incidents related to connectivity, data quality, system performance, and device failures.
- Maintain technical documentation, asset inventories, network diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
- Work with maintenance, engineering, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure system reliability and scalability.
