REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate must have strong academic credentials and experience in intellectual property litigation, with a preference for patent litigation experience. A degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or mechanical engineering is preferred but not required. Outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills are required.
