Objective of the Position

Analysis of information received to perform customer requirements on a timely manner in order to create accurate work orders while keeping track of key performance indicators through data management and dashboards. Validation of IQMS data through verification of process completion. Provide feedback and correction of IQMS data, and process training as needed. Developing reports and applications linked to IMS, IQMS, shop floor technology, UKG, etc., that provide real-time information to support the Santiago CTS team.
