QUALIFICATIONS Minimum: Degree in Human Resources or Industrial psychology, LLB or a related field. Advantageous: Relevant post graduate qualification will be advantageous. EXPERIENCE Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the field. Solid experience in dismissal procedures, conciliation and arbitration, drafting policies and contracts. Experience representing at the CCMA & Bargaining Councils (Conciliation and Arbitration).
