Requirements
Qualifications
Minimum: Degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial psychology, LLB related field.
Advantageous: Relevant post graduate qualification will be advantageous
Experience
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the field.
Solid experience in dismissal procedure, conciliation, and arbitrations, drafting policies and procedure.
Experience representing at the CCMA & Bargaining Councils (Conciliation and Arbitration)
