Review, execute, and maintain records of iron ore sales and purchase contracts, shipping contracts, and related trade documentation.
Ensure contractual terms comply with the company's risk management and compliance requirements, and coordinate with Legal, Trading, and Finance teams to resolve contractual issues.
Monitor contract performance and ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled in a timely manner.
2. Shipping and Logistics Execution Management
Liaise with shipowners and shareholders to coordinate the execution of shipping contracts.
Monitor vessel movements, including loading port arrival, cargo loading, departure, voyage progress, and discharge port operations.
Coordinate and resolve operational issues arising during loading and discharging activities to ensure smooth vessel operations and minimize exposure to additional costs.
