Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in software and hardware installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Strong knowledge of network administration, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and wireless networking.

Experience configuring and managing pfSense firewalls, including firewall rules, VPNs, NAT, and network security.

Knowledge of server administration, including Windows and/or Linux environments.

Experience managing user accounts, Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, and email servers.

Familiarity with inventory management systems, including IT asset tracking and documentation.

Experience supporting and administering VoIP systems such as VICIdial, Zoiper, SIP, and PBX environments.

Experience with system backups, disaster recovery, and data security best practices.
