Position Overview

We are looking for a (Junior) IT Administrator to support the daily IT operations of our industrial plant. In this role, you will ensure the smooth functioning of computer systems, network connectivity, user accounts, and Microsoft 365 services. You will provide hands-on troubleshooting, assist users, and perform essential system administration tasks within a Windows domain environment.
Key Responsibilities:
User & System Support
Provide first-line technical support to plant and office users (hardware, software, and network issues).
Install, configure, and maintain Windows 11 workstations and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.).
Manage user requests via ticketing or email systems, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Active Directory & Microsoft 365
Create, modify, and deactivate Active Directory user accounts, groups, and permissions.
