Responsibilities

• Managing the full device lifecycle: procuring, configuring, and maintaining company laptops (Windows and macOS) and other devices; managing the asset register and VPN infrastructure; coordinating with the Facilities Manager on physical office infrastructure (printers, internet cabling, monitors, conference room equipment)
• Setting up and maintaining MDM solutions to securely manage company devices, including BitLocker/FileVault encryption, application allowlisting, and endpoint compliance policies
• Owning and operating the identity and access management platform (Okta), including automated provisioning/deprovisioning workflows, manager and head‑of‑department approval flows, and tooling‑owner notifications during onboarding, role changes, and offboarding; coordinating with People on physical device retrieval and asset reconciliation in HiBob
