Responsibilities - Work closely with IT internal teams and various business partners to consolidate business requirements in application areas.
- Translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications, propose and implement appropriate solutions.
- Provide daily support in application areas, handling related problems, incidents and change requests, and collaborate with other consultants on complex topics.
- Implement proactive measures and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure robustness and performance of applications.
- Ensure compliance with IT controls.
- Conduct end‑user training.
