**Responsibilities**

+ Manage the front desk, evaluate walk-in customer requests, and direct them to the appropriate support resources while delivering outstanding customer service.
+ Resolve customer questions and problem concerning Information Technology (IT).
+ Provide technical assistance to customers to minimize disruptions of computer operations.
