VCloud is hiring an IT and Network Specialist to manage and improve the LAN, WAN, and wireless networks at our offices. The role ensures stable, secure, and optimized connectivity for the contact center, with a focus on VoIP and real time traffic. This is a full time remote role with shifting schedules and on call duties. You will report to the Chief of Technology.
