Job Description Operate as a member of the ERP and Business Application team, the daily tasks include but not limited to: Collaborate with the Business Application team to deliver technical and functional support Support Application/Project manager in project coordination and planning. Participate in all phases of testing, including preparing test cases, conducting tests, and supporting unit, integration, and user acceptance testing. Develop user manuals and assist in conducting user training sessions Support Group IT Project/Program Managers in managing project and service delivery activities. Assist to monitor and control project and program scope, cost, and timelines. Assist to track project and program issues, risks and milestones.
