This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of hardware and software assets, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements, and maintaining accurate inventory records to support operational and financial objectives.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience working with asset management tools, and a solid understanding of IT hardware, software, and lifecycle processes within a fast-paced BPO or shared services environment.

Job Description

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory of all IT assets, including hardware and software
• Oversee the full lifecycle of assets from procurement, deployment, maintenance, to retirement
• Handle asset allocation during employee onboarding and retrieval during offboarding
