We are seeking an experienced **IT Asset Management (ITAM) Expert** to join our Technology team. This role is critical in maturing our ITAM practice, optimizing asset lifecycle processes, and ensuring effective governance of hardware and software assets. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience with the **ServiceNow platform** , specifically **Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro)** and **Software Asset Management (SAM Pro)** modules, along with a strong understanding of ITAM best practices and process transformation.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Oversee full lifecycle management, including process mapping, of IT assets—including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
+ Maintain and improve the accuracy of IT asset data.
+ Analyze data to ensure compliance with software licensing agreements, utilization monitoring, and renewal tracking.
