Role Purpose
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong IT asset management, reporting, and compliance experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12).
Diploma in IT, Information Systems, Business or a related field.
ITIL Foundation certification.
IT Asset Management certification will be advantageous.
4–6 years' experience in IT Asset Management or a similar environment.
Hands-on experience with ITAM platforms such as ServiceNow, SysAid, Reftab or similar.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Power BI reporting.
Experience with IT asset compliance, audits and lifecycle management.
Understanding of financial accounting principles relating to IT Asset Management.
