Provide primary or secondary application support for assigned business systems, including Merimen, TMoL, Dobuflo, StreamServe, Premium System and Sun Accounting.
Deliver daily application and system support to ensure stable and efficient operations for business users.
Handle user enquiries, troubleshooting, error reporting and incident resolution in line with IT incident management procedures.
Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve application issues and restore services promptly.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, fixes and configuration changes.
Validate system fixes and confirm issue resolution with end users prior to incident closure.
Support daily IT operational activities related to assigned applications.
Communicate clearly with users on issue status, workarounds and resolution progress.
