• Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

• Support the team in monitoring LAN connectivity, internet access, and general network health.
• Help perform system housekeeping tasks such as file organization, software updates, and routine maintenance.
