Job Position: IT Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation and maintenance of the hardware and software.
• Provide daily operation, system, and user support.
• Control the usage of IT resources and conduct user training.
• Maintain and update records for daily activities and user information.
• File and update documents for Document Control for ISO files.
• Manage and administer data center operations such as backup, maintenance, and media.
• Provide reports on performance, errors, and other management reports as required by the Manager.
• Handle Data Missing Route input (if any).
• Assist in monitoring data center server performance.
• Diagnose hardware and software issues for company use (if any).
• Perform any other task or job assigned by the Superior or Department Head as required.

Requirements

• Diploma in IT or equivalent.
