Insight Global is looking to add an IT Business Systems Analyst to their client’s mobile provisioning and activation team. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, working closely with product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and project managers to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements. They will be responsible for leading requirements elicitation sessions and stakeholder workshops to understand business objectives, performing gap analyses to identify missing requirements and process improvement opportunities, and translating business needs into detailed user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria.
