I am looking for an IT Business Analyst to help my client embark on a range of large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

This is a hands-on BA role working across multiple digital projects, partnering with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver customer-facing digital solutions.

What you'll be doing:

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and process mapping
• Prepare business cases, functional specifications and project documentation
• Support testing, business change and solution delivery
• Work across website, CRM, CMS and digital transformation projects

What we're looking for:

• 7+ years' experience as an IT/Digital Business Analyst
• Strong background delivering digital, web or enterprise application projects.
