General Job Description
Identifying and documenting requirements in form of customer journeys and user stories
Learning system functions and defining evolutions of the functional architecture
Analyze existing interfaces and functional programs and prepare technical specifications
Work with other stakeholders, internal and external product teams in finalizing solution to meet the requirements
Evaluate existing business solutions (processes and systems), identify requirements and develop strategies to maximize opportunities
Apply available standards, methods and tools in an intelligent and effective way and produce a consistently high standard of documentation
Conduct regular interactions with the technical team, providing necessary and essential knowledge transfer of the user expectations
