• Define and drive the analysis approach aligned with project and product goals, adapting organizational standards where needed.
• Collaborate with business areas such as Risk Engineering and Underwriting, ensuring a customer‑centric vision.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, reconciling internal and external needs.
• Perform end‑to‑end analysis of business processes to understand system impacts and dependencies.
