Redial BPO is seeking an IT Compliance Assistant to ensure our IT systems, processes and data comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role focuses on security monitoring, access control, documentation, and incident support to minimize IT risk.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in cybersecurity or related field, English at B2 level, and 0–2 years in IT operations or security. The position is onsite in Mexicali, Mexico. Training and growth opportunities are provided.
