Key Responsibilities
ββ’ Provide end-user IT support for onsite and remote employees
ββ’ Prepare, deploy, and configure new workstations, laptops, and software
ββ’ Redeploy, decommission, and securely wipe equipment in accordance with IT policies
ββ’ Perform quarterly backups and secure hard drive wipes
ββ’ Maintain workstation and server antivirus and endpoint security tools
ββ’ Monitor, investigate, and remediate antivirus and cybersecurity alerts
ββ’ Ensure password and security policies are consistently followed
ββ’ Apply operating system and software updates as directed by the IT Manager
ββ’ Conduct annual workstation audits, documenting hardware, OS, software, and compliance
ββ’ Remediate any policy or security issues identified during audits
ββ’ Assist with IT projects and other technical initiatives as needed
