Responsibilities:
- Provide user support as needed.
- Perform monthly FTAs and track countermeasures.
- Monitor security and event logs monthly and document issues.
- Maintain updated copy of software licenses and contact info for disaster recovery.
- Manage and track company software discs and storage.
- Update instant support and support ticket logs as required.
- Manage system upgrade projects as scheduled.
- Track and maintain inventory and assets
- Monitor firewall logs and investigate potential intrusions or errors
- Monitor virus and threat messages on servers and workstations and remove any that are found. Countermeasure required.
- Daily server performance monitoring and tracking
- Perform monthly server maintenance tasks
