We’re looking for a IT Support Customer Representative to assist customers with IT‑related issues.
Job Description: - Provide basic troubleshooting for PCs, apps, and smart devices
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats
- Work rotating shifts (8:30 AM–8:30 PM or 1:00 PM–1:00 AM), including weekends and public holidays
- Location: Kaki Bukit
Preferred: - Basic IT skills and customer service experience
- Able to speak Mandarin and communicate with Chinese customers
