Overview VAM Systems is currently looking for IT Defect Specialist for our UAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in defect management, QA, or related IT quality roles.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, QA methodologies, and defect workflows.
- Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow).
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret quality metrics and identify trends.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to handle high‑pressure situations, especially during release cycles.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Hands‑on experience with automation frameworks or DevOps pipelines.
