Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Windows Deployment Technician to support enterprise device rollouts, imaging, and lifecycle management. This role is responsible for deploying and configuring Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments, ensuring systems are properly set up, secured, and ready for end-user productivity.
Key Responsibilities

+ Deploy, configure, and support Windows 10 and Windows 11 systems across the organization

+ Perform OS imaging, configuration, and provisioning of desktops and laptops

+ Execute large-scale device rollout and refresh projects, ensuring timely delivery and minimal business disruption

+ Install and configure hardware, software, drivers, and enterprise applications

+ Troubleshoot deployment-related issues, including imaging failures, driver conflicts, and system performance problems

+ Provide onsite and remote support for end users during deployments and post-deployment stabilization
