In this role, you will provide Level 1 desktop, user and instructional technology support for staff and tauira, helping deliver reliable, practical and timely technology services across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include providing first-level desktop, user and instructional technology support, resolving or escalating issues, completing scheduled maintenance, supporting applications and teaching technologies, and helping staff and tauira use Wānanga IT services confidently.
