is a Global IT Services partner supporting medium to large-scale enterprises. This role will provide onsite/on‑call assistance to end‑users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Respond to service requests and incidents via ticketing system, phone, or in‑person.
Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux) and software applications.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues (monitors, keyboards...
