Position Overview
At EXO Edge, We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join our IT team. In this role, you will provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, manage end-user computing environments, maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, and contribute to the implementation of new technologies. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless IT operations across the organization. What to expect in your journey Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support through email, phone, and ITSM ticketing systems. Troubleshoot and support Windows, Microsoft 365, and end-user computing environments. Configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and other IT assets.
