IT Digital Delivery Manager
Responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of digital technology initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and high-quality solution delivery, and supporting the successful implementation of digital products and platforms in alignment with business objectives and the bank's technology standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 7β12 years of experience in IT Project Delivery, Digital Delivery, Project Management, or Technology Delivery within the banking or financial services industry.
Proven experience delivering digital banking, mobile banking, internet banking, payment systems, API, or digital platform initiatives.
Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery environments.
Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe, or ITIL Foundation
