Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Investigate, trouble‑shoot and resolve IT related issues (including software and hardware) 
Support all IT infrastructure and operations within the company, while ensuring the security and privacy of networks 
Manage vendors on IT matters such as issue escalation and projects 
Provide support in the operation of all technologies including office networks 
Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems 
Establish and maintain proper IT asset tracking including hardware and software licenses 
Maintain IT systems, inventory, and infrastructure documentation 
Assist the team in all IT related duties and activities 
Support HR in onboarding new joiners: set up their computers and run through an IT induction on their first day 
 Requirements  Diploma in IT or equivalent 
Minimum 2 years of related experience
