Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for IT support, providing Level 1 and basic Level 2 helpdesk services (on-site and remote) to end users for hardware, software, network, and application-related issues. Provide daily support for the Group's IT infrastructure, including desktops/laptops, network, telephone, security, business applications, and system reliability. Administer and manage Active Directory accounts, Office 365 user access, printer accounts, and IT ticketing systems.
