Insight Global is looking to hire an IT Governance Project Manager to support an IT Director and PMO organization in the St. Louis, MO area. This individual will serve as the governance lead across a portfolio of projects, ensuring project and program managers are adhering to established standards, processes, and best practices. They will facilitate intake meetings, change request reviews, governance sessions, and project status presentations while maintaining project plans, meeting minutes, action items, and other key project documentation.
On a daily basis, this person will work closely with project and program managers to review project plans, identify risks and gaps, ensure governance requirements are being met, and prepare leadership-level updates. They will schedule and facilitate recurring governance meetings, coach project teams on PMO processes, and help enforce consistency across project execution.
