Diploma or Degreein Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering or related fields.
1-3years relevant working experience
Knowledge of Servers, operating system concepts, storage and backup fundamentals, and virtualization would be an advantage.
Basic understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts would be an advantage.
Job Description
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, virtualization platforms, storage systems, backup solutions, and supporting infrastructure.
Support daily infrastructure operations, monitoring, and health checks.
Perform basic troubleshooting for server, virtualization, operating system, storage, and backup-related issues.
Escalate complex incidents to senior engineers or vendors where required.
Assist in infrastructure deployment, migration, and upgrade activities.
