Required Qualifications

•5+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.

• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies and associated hardware/software lifecycles.

• Experience working with one or more of the following:

• Enterprise server platforms (Dell, HPE, Cisco UCS, Lenovo)

• Virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix)

• Network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless)

• Windows Server and Active Directory

• Endpoint management platforms

• Enterprise backup and recovery platforms

• Storage platforms and associated technologies

• Experience developing operational processes, governance frameworks, or lifecycle management programs.

• Experience working with infrastructure inventory, asset management, or CMDB-related initiatives.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
