The IT Infrastructure Project Manager plays a key role in delivering technology infrastructure across Data Centers and office environments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with construction teams to define MDF/IDF room requirements, including quantity, layout, cooling, and power needs.
- Design passive IT infrastructure, including structured cabling and ELV (extra‑low‑voltage) systems.
- Coordinate with network engineers on network and Wi‑Fi design, ensuring alignment with deployment standards.
- Create detailed infrastructure design packages following client design guidelines and participate in design reviews prior to issuance of work orders.
- Ensure proper planning for network hardware installation (switches, racks, patch panels, etc.).
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of IT infrastructure, coordinating with general contractors, cabling vendors, MEP teams, and network engineers.
