Key Responsibilities
β’ Strategic Outbound Prospecting: Identify and target high-value prospects,
conducting 60-80+ daily multi-channel touchpoints (phone, email, LinkedIn).
β’ Deep Research & Account Mapping: Research target accounts to understand
their workflows, pain points, and buying committees, crafting personalized
messaging tailored to decision-makers.
β’ Lead Qualification & Discovery: Run initial discovery calls to qualify prospects
on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT/CHAMP frameworks).
β’ Pipeline Generation: Set 20-30+ high-quality SQL (Sales Qualified Lead)
meetings per month that convert into pipeline.
β’ Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM (Dynamics) and sales engagement tools
(Woodpecker/Dynamics) to maintain accurate records, track activities, and
manage follow-ups.
β’ Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging and
