Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Modern Infrastructure & End-User Support
    • Serve as Tier 1 point of contact, diagnosing hardware, OS, and networking issues.
    • Manage asset lifecycle including deployment and wiping of devices, maintaining inventory.
    • Handle Joiner-Mover-Leaver lifecycle by managing accounts in Google Workspace and other cloud services.
    • Conduct regular maintenance on onsite technology, including security cameras and clinic‑specific tech.
  • Agentic AI & Process Automation (The Stretch Projects)
    • Interview departments to document manual processes and visualize repeatable digital flows.
    • Build Agentic workflows using tools like LangChain, Zapier, or Make.com to automate tasks across apps.
    • Integrate AI chatbots into the service desk for self‑service requests such as password resets.
    • Architect blueprints for digital workspaces (Notion, Slack, G‑Suite) ensuring organized data. ...
