Lead daily IT operations and provide hands‑on technical support for outlets and head office.
Ensure POS, payment systems, and restaurant applications are fully operational.
Manage incidents, troubleshooting, and system recovery to minimize downtime.
Oversee IT ticketing system and ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintain and monitor network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, WiFi, VPN).
Ensure stable connectivity between outlets and central systems.
Support POS, ERP, reporting tools, and other business applications.
Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
Assist in system improvements and automation initiatives.
Support IT projects such as new outlet openings, POS rollout, and upgrades.
Coordinate with vendors and ensure SLA compliance.
Set priorities and monitor performance.
