About the Role

Due to sustainable growth, we are currently recruiting for an experienced IT Learning Specialist . This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based out of our Southbank, QLD office.

Reporting to the the successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the SDI Industrial Digital Technology Program in learning and capability uplift process implementation and improvement.

The role of the IT Learning Specialist will be to use demonstrated change management to champion and establish ways of working by deploying training and learning and development process improvement initiatives across the Program.
