Job Description The IT support specialist is to provide technical support to our enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will be deployed offsite and will be on a 5‑day work week schedule. He/She will be given the opportunity to lead a team if performance is outstanding.
Responsibilities - Provide advanced support for Windows 11 , macOS , and Apple devices (iPad/iPhone) .
- Manage device provisioning, configuration, imaging, and deployment for both Windows and Mac environments.
- Perform break‑fix support for hardware, software, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve:
- BitLocker / Filevault encryption issues
- BSOD/crash diagnostics
- Administer Intune for device management and deployment.
