Role Summary

As part of the IT Management Internship, you’ll support the IT Workplace Services team in day-to-day operations. From troubleshooting laptops to assisting end users, you’ll gain practical experience across core IT functions while building foundational technical and professional skills.

• Support hardware and software troubleshooting
• Help with laptop setup, reformatting, and OS installation (Windows/Mac)
